Meditation and Self-care in Oxfordshire

Thursday evenings 7.30 -8.30 pm

Each hour long session combines guided meditation and mindfulness with practices from energy medicine.  We look at ways to balance our energy system, increase vitality and practice deep relaxation in a small, relaxed group setting.
